We are based in Janakpuri, West Delhi. The proprietor of firm is a Graduate Civil Engineer with an experience of 30 plus years in Construction firms, established Home developers etc. He has also worked for Hospitals has has adequate knowledge of construction of Intensive care units & operation theatres. Under his arm construction of new Block of Batra Hospital (Delhi) and Fortis Escorts Hospital (Jaipur) were executed.
We undertake contracts of Re-Construction of old depilated buildings on item rates. Rates are deduced from items enlisted in latest DSR plus profit above them.
We also undertake contracts of renovation works of Apartments/ Flats/ Kothi/ Villas/ Farm Houses & Commercial spaces.
We undertake contracts based on Lump Sum amount only once complete set of drawings are ready and available with the client. Under this scheme we undertake contracts of Superstructure only.
We also take contracts of Residential and commercial buildings on rates based on per sft. of Super Built up area. Rates vary based on details of materials to be used in finishing and it’s laying/ fixing specifications.
